Junior User Experience Platform Admin

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain user accounts, access permissions, and platform configurations
• Monitor platform performance and identify areas for optimization
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users
• Assist in onboarding new users and conducting platform training sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation of platform activities and user data
• Collaborate with UX and IT teams to implement system enhancements
• Analyze user behavior and platform usage data
• Respond to user inquiries with a customer-focused approach
• Perform routine administrative tasks including data entry and reporting
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and security protocols

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in administrative, technical support, or help desk roles
• Proficiency in user account management and basic system administration
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
