Junior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in developing wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Contribute to the creation of visually appealing and user-centric interface designs for web and mobile applications
• Support the implementation of design solutions by collaborating with product managers and engineers
• Participate in user research activities to gather insights and feedback
• Assist in analyzing user behavior patterns and market trends
• Translate design concepts into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
• Support usability testing efforts by assisting in planning and conducting sessions
• Analyze usability test results to identify areas for optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design through internships, coursework, or personal projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Basic understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies
• Knowledge of responsive design and web/mobile interfaces
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
