Junior Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and continuous development of the central treasury function
• Manage group-wide liquidity and optimize cash-pooling structures
• Create and develop short- and medium-term liquidity planning
• Assist with bank reporting, monitoring covenants, and deadlines
• Maintain close contact with banks, leasing companies, and credit insurers
• Support the development of ESG reporting for financial partners

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
• 1-2 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or consulting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (ideally)
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel occasionally
