Junior Transaction Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Elaborate buy-side and sell-side due diligence reports
• Perform preliminary diagnostics on target companies
• Optimize divestiture and separation processes
• Assist in managing virtual data rooms
• Support the definition of contractual terms and price adjustment mechanisms
• Model the accounting effects of transactions for acquirers
• Analyze historical performance, cash flow profiles, and net debt adjustments

Requirements

• Graduate from a top-tier business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree in finance
• Previous successful experience (internship or apprenticeship) in audit, M&A, investment funds, or corporate acquisition projects
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
• Rigorous, proactive, and a strong team player
