Junior Transaction Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Elaborate buy-side and sell-side due diligence
• Perform preliminary diagnostics of target companies
• Optimize divestment processes
• Ensure contractual definitions and price adjustment mechanisms
• Model the accounting effects of transactions for the acquirer

Requirements

• Graduate from a top business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree in finance
• First professional experience (internship or apprenticeship) in corporate finance or M&A
• Previous successful experience in audit, private equity, or corporate acquisition/merger projects
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
• Rigorous, proactive, and a strong team player
