Junior Trader

Responsibilities

• Develop and run trades using the Tanius platform and proprietary tools
• Train on risk management systems and deep tick-by-tick research GUIs
• Use Python with historical tick databases for research
• Run large-scale simulations and optimizations on compute clusters
• Maintain strict risk management and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience or interest in programming (Excel, Python)
• Strong interest in financial markets and trading
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed
