Junior Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and customer questionnaires to ensure accurate, high-quality responses.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, trainings, and solution overviews for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Proposal Management, and Solution Expertise teams on cross-functional projects.
• Support customer demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities to demonstrate product value.
• Maintain proposal content, knowledge bases, and internal documentation to improve team execution speed.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI-driven projects to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Develop deep expertise in Prewave’s product, technology, integrations, and customer use cases.

Requirements

• Completed or near completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Valid Austrian work permit (we are unable to support visa applications).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Based in Vienna or willing to relocate to Vienna.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in SaaS, consulting, technology, or project management.
• Interest in innovation, AI, automation, or supply chain risk management.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or Gemini.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
