Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients and sales engineers via telephone and on-site visits
• Assist in pre-sales for high-potential projects and post-sales for maintenance and technical issues
• Train new sales engineers on product knowledge and technical skills
• Manage technical or transverse projects to optimize internal company processes

Requirements

• Minimum Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in industrial engineering, electronics, optics, instrumentation, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• Strong analytical skills to solve diverse technical problems
• Excellent pedagogical and communication skills for training others
• Fluency in French (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel to client sites across France
