Junior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage complex technical documentation and certification to ensure compliance with defense-specific regulations
• Track project timelines, identify roadblocks, and facilitate weekly alignment meetings to assign ownership
• Act as the primary coordinator between internal engineering specialists, testing departments, and external partners
• Establish organizational frameworks and production line standards to translate engineering goals into actionable tasks
• Oversee the full lifecycle of technical data, from initial design reviews to final safety approvals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or a similar technical field
• 1–4 years of experience in a technical project management environment (e.g., Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial Production)
• Experience navigating strict compliance and regulatory environments
• Fluency in German is mandatory
• Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance
• Comfortable working 100% onsite in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Jira for task management and documentation tracking
• Familiarity with PCB production, high-voltage systems, or mechanical integration
• Previous experience working with international partners or large-scale German OEMs
