Junior Technical Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead follow-up sessions with key stakeholders
• Track product incidents and requirements to ensure timely resolution
• Participate in technical advisory sessions regarding system and API integrations
• Develop stakeholder maps to identify and manage project actors
• Monitor project deadlines, schedules, and documentation
• Perform AS IS and TO BE process mapping
• Create dynamic dashboards to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
• Organize and participate in stakeholder workshops
• Conduct market benchmarks for digital products and solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Approximately 6 months of professional experience (preferred)
• Programming knowledge in C, C++, Java, or R
• Proficiency with HTML/CSS and Java SE 8+
• Experience with REST APIs and Git
• Understanding of OAuth/SAML protocols
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle PL SQL, or MySQL
• Intermediate English language skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
