Junior Technical Office Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and material estimates
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, project documentation, and tender packages
• Review drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and coordinate required revisions
• Support project teams with cost estimation and technical analysis
• Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Assist in preparing shop drawing logs, material submittals, and project schedules
• Maintain accurate project records and technical documentation
• Participate in project meetings and follow up on technical requirements

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Technical Office, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Revit is preferred
• Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
