Junior Technical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review IFC drawings and prepare concrete outline/GA structural shop drawings for infrastructure projects including bridges, tunnels, and pumping stations
• Prepare reinforcement shop drawings and bar-bending schedules
• Check reinforcement detailing for spacing, laps, anchorage, cover, and constructability
• Coordinate structural drawings with roads, utilities, architectural, MEP, and temporary works
• Identify clashes between structural elements and utilities, ducts, sleeves, or embedded items
• Ensure drawings comply with project CAD standards, revision control, and submission procedures
• Review consultant comments and revise drawings as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in structural shop drawings for infrastructure projects
• Experience with bridges, underpasses, tunnels, pumping stations, or major RC structures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or Civil 3D, and MS Excel
