Junior Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing tax processes and procedures related to corporate income tax and VAT
• Prepare and review VAT returns, corporate income tax returns, and Intrastat declarations for domestic and international entities
• Assess tax-related matters in collaboration with other departments
• Communicate with tax authorities and external advisors
• Create internal guidelines and implement new regulatory requirements
• Develop measures to ensure tax compliance, including the automation and digitalization of processes

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (ideally with a focus on Tax or Finance)
• Very good German and English language skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial professional experience in an international tax or audit environment
• Experience working within an audit-related consulting firm or a corporate environment
