Responsibilities

  • Conducting tax-related research on jurisdictions and structures
  • Drafting internal memos and consultations
  • Analyzing main legislation initiatives in the field of international taxation
  • Supporting Tax & Structuring team projects

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in law
  • 1+ year of experience in tax
  • Law degree from a Ukrainian or foreign university
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Experience in international taxation
  • Solid understanding of withholding tax concepts
  • Ability to interpret double tax treaties (DTTs)
  • Working knowledge of indirect taxation fundamentals
  • Experience drafting multi-jurisdictional legal documents

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with a specific jurisdiction and its special tax regimes or systems
