Junior Talent Program - Technical Marketing Automotive Smart Power (f/m/div)

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of various departments within the Automotive Smart Power segment through job rotations
• Build specialized domain expertise in automotive power distribution systems and smart power devices
• Learn the Infineon product portfolio and identify key use cases for automotive applications
• Gain hands-on experience in the electronics laboratory performing evaluations on physical test benches and virtual prototypes
• Participate in tailor-made training, regular feedback loops, and networking opportunities within the JTP community

Requirements

• Master or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a similar field
• Solid foundational knowledge in electronics
• Knowledge of the MATLAB environment is a plus
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Excellent collaboration skills for working in a team environment
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus

• Strong interest in the semiconductor industry
• Passion for automotive applications and future mobility
• Interest in simulation and lab measurement techniques
