About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a small developing roster of emerging Creators across commercial partnerships and career development
  • Work alongside the Talent Director to build and launch Sixteenth’s Creator Incubator Programme
  • Identify high-potential emerging Creators across culture, social and entertainment
  • Help onboard and nurture incubator Creators through strategic support, education, and community-building
  • Support Creators with brand positioning, content strategy, and partnership opportunities
  • Assist in securing and negotiating commercial opportunities for talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, platforms, and industry partners
  • Stay updated on emerging creator trends, platforms, and cultural movements

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, or entertainment
  • Strong understanding of the Creator Economy and interest in internet culture
  • Proactive instinct for spotting up-and-coming creators
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commercially aware with a creative and culturally curious mindset
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Collaborative, coachable, and hands-on approach
