About the role
Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage
- Responsible for internal and external hires
- Monitoring and ensuring the efficiency of the overall internal recruitment process
- Sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
- Screening applications and conducting initial interviews
- Ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Maintaining accurate data in ATS tools like SmartRecruiters and BoondManager
- Collaborating with the European Talent Acquisition network to share best practices
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Dutch language skills are a plus
- Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, international environment
- Familiarity with ATS tools
