About the role

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage
  • Responsible for internal and external hires
  • Monitoring and ensuring the efficiency of the overall internal recruitment process
  • Sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
  • Screening applications and conducting initial interviews
  • Ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Maintaining accurate data in ATS tools like SmartRecruiters and BoondManager
  • Collaborating with the European Talent Acquisition network to share best practices

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Dutch language skills are a plus
  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Familiarity with ATS tools
