Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior talent acquisition team members to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
• Manage a requisition load and support the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking events to identify diverse candidates
• Build strong candidate relationships through consistent communication and engagement
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation and records using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Support employer branding efforts and assist with onboarding activities

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, or customer-facing roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments (retail, hospitality, etc.) is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Exposure to recruitment tools such as ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn, or Handshake
