Junior Talent Acquisition Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of recruitment data within the ATS and generate essential reports
• Support the team in ensuring all recruitment processes are correctly followed and maintain compliance with policies
• Assist in the maintenance and basic alignment of the ATS and other recruitment tools
• Design and implement initiatives to proactively enhance the candidate journey from outreach through onboarding
• Partner with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and workforce planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly meticulous approach to tasks
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR/Talent Acquisition Operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience in an HR or administrative role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
