Junior Talent Acquisition Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of recruitment data within the ATS and other platforms
• Generate essential recruitment reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Support process adherence and compliance by flagging deviations from established policies
• Assist in the maintenance and alignment of recruitment technology and tools
• Design and implement initiatives to enhance the candidate journey from outreach to onboarding
• Partner with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and workforce planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly meticulous approach to tasks
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• A strong desire to learn and grow within HR and Talent Acquisition Operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience in an HR or administrative role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
