Junior Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from job posting to contract preparation
• Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing, primarily via LinkedIn
• Responsible for filling technical and commercial roles across all seniority levels
• Build and strategically maintain sustainable talent pipelines and networks
• Act as a consultant to hiring managers to ensure high-quality candidate matches
• Develop and implement target-group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Monitor and analyze relevant recruiting metrics to derive actionable recommendations
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms
• High level of social competence and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• A strong passion for professional networking and finding the ideal fit for every team
