Junior Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Holistic management of end-to-end recruiting from job posting to contract preparation
• Proactive direct outreach and identification of talent, primarily via LinkedIn
• Responsibility for filling technical and commercial roles across all seniority levels
• Building and strategically maintaining sustainable talent pipelines and networks
• Advising hiring managers on the precise filling of open positions
• Developing and implementing target-group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Monitoring and analyzing relevant metrics and deriving sound recommendations for action
• Representing the company at job fairs, events, and networking to ensure long-term talent acquisition

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in recruiting and active sourcing
• Proficient use of modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms
• High social competence and a fine sense for dealing with people at all levels
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• A strong passion for professional networking and finding the ideal fit for every team
