Junior Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the recruiting process from job posting to contract preparation
• Proactive sourcing and identification of talent primarily via LinkedIn
• Filling business roles across all levels of seniority
• Building and strategically maintaining sustainable talent pipelines and networks
• Advising hiring managers as an equal partner to ensure best fit
• Developing and implementing target group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs and deriving recommendations
• Representing the company at job fairs, events, and networking activities

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or comparable
• First experience in recruiting and active sourcing
• Confident handling of modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in German and English
• Passion for professional networking
