Junior Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from job posting to contract preparation
• Proactively source and identify talent, primarily via LinkedIn, to fill business roles across all seniority levels
• Build and strategically maintain sustainable talent pipelines and networks
• Act as an equal partner to hiring managers, providing advice to ensure the best possible fit for open positions
• Develop and implement target group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Monitor and analyze relevant KPIs to derive well-founded recommendations for action
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a keen sense for interacting with people at all levels
• A passion for professional networking and an instinct for identifying the ideal team fit
