Junior Talent Acquisition Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and business roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and align expectations.
• Source candidates using Boolean strategies, networking, and market mapping.
• Screen resumes and lead competency-based and cultural-fit interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews and manage the offer process.
• Track recruitment pipelines and provide weekly status reports to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, standards, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to technical positions.
• Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
