About the role
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support LAN, WAN, and Internet systems
- Monitor network availability and perform necessary maintenance
- Monitor and test website performance
- Assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination
- Administer network security measures
- Support Windows servers, Windows 11 desktop systems, and network infrastructure
- Create and maintain virtualized development environments
- Support 200 users and 150 computer assets
Requirements
- CompTIA Security+ certification (must obtain prior to onboarding)
- Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems
- Experience troubleshooting tier 1 support issues
- Ability to manage various servers and security requirements
- Familiarity with Azure and virtualization
- Active Interim Secret clearance (must be able to obtain Top Secret)
- US Citizenship
- BS/BA degree
