Junior System Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound AD Solution System issues and requests from remote customers.
• Handle a high volume of technical support requests via phone, email, and self-service channels.
• Log, categorize, and manage incidents and service requests within ServiceNow according to the service catalog.
• Perform user access maintenance for AD Solution Systems for Agencies and Re:Sources Brazil.
• Provide first-level technical support for Active Directory (AD) Solutions.
• Ensure all services provided comply with IT Corporate Policies and operational standards.

Requirements

• Ongoing or completed studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Repair, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• English fluency at a B1 level.
• One year of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
• Previous experience using ServiceNow or other ticketing tools.
