Responsibilities
- Control the flow of service agreements from preparation to archiving
- Maintain the warranty register
- Manage the tender register and compile documentation
- Prepare powers of attorney
- Collaborate with the Legal Department regarding document correctness
- Archive investment documentation and maintain work history
- Contact contractors to finalize documentation details
- Manage departmental correspondence and document flow
- Participate in and take minutes for negotiation meetings
- Support the technical department with documentation and occasional SAP assistance
Requirements
- Experience in office work and document management
- High communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented and determined
- Problem-solving skills
- Minimum secondary education
- Good proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
