About the Company

Outpost is a modular back office for global commerce, helping brands expand internationally by managing tax, payments, treasury, and operations. We act as a Merchant of Record or provide the tools for brands to unlock new markets without the traditional overhead of global expansion.

Responsibilities

• Feed market insights and merchant pain points back into the product roadmap
• Help scope product features by gathering requirements and sizing opportunities
• Run and improve processes across onboarding, compliance, and merchant operations
• Support new market launches by managing legal, tax, and operational checklists
• Build and maintain financial models for unit economics, pricing, and market planning
• Maintain clean KPI tracking and reporting for investor and board updates
• Automate manual processes using scripts or no-code tools

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience or exceptional recent graduate
• Background in high-growth fintech, consulting, banking, or startups
• STEM or quantitative degree preferred
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets and SQL
• High bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Precise attention to detail and strong emotional intelligence
• AI-native mindset using tools like Claude and no-code to drive efficiency
