Junior Strategy and Market Intelligence Professional

Responsibilities

• Support the Strategy and Growth Directorate in financial modeling, valuation, and synergy analysis for M&A projects.
• Design and monitor KPI dashboards and monthly Business Reviews, integrating financial and sustainability metrics.
• Assist in Strategic Planning by documenting local plans into the corporate group template.
• Conduct market intelligence by monitoring megatrends (such as nearshoring and urbanization) and competitor activity.
• Provide PMO support to ensure critical projects, including Green CAPEX and expansions, are executed on time and within budget.
• Assist in the integration of new acquisitions (PMI), including policy harmonization and system integration.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic consulting, or market intelligence.
• Proven skills in financial modeling and valuation for M&A purposes.
• Proficiency in designing KPI dashboards and control panels.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
• English proficiency at a B2 level (conversational/intermediate-advanced).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI tools for pricing (e.g., PROS).
• Understanding of sustainability metrics and Green KPIs (e.g., Clinker Factor or TSR).
