We Are Social is a global, socially-led creative agency with over 1,300 employees in 17 offices worldwide. We understand online communities, cultures, and subcultures across the entire social landscape, working with clients like AUDI AG, Mercedes-Benz Trucks, and Müller.

Responsibilities

• Support the Strategy Team in daily operations and client projects
• Conduct research on markets, target groups, trends, and cultural developments
• Contribute to channel, content, and campaign strategies
• Assist in pitch and strategy processes
• Create and prepare presentations, analyses, and reports
• Derive insights from social media, platforms, and cultural developments
• Support workshops, brainstormings, and strategic derivations

Requirements

• 1-2 years of practical experience through internships, working student roles, training, or traineeships
• Interest in consumer behavior, social media, and brand communication
• Curiosity about cultural and social topics
• Degree or training in Business Administration, Media, Communication, Sociology, Cultural Studies, or similar
• Understanding of digital platforms and social media
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Openness to data, insights, and analytical thinking
• Proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Excel
