Junior Station Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and establish the station location independently
• Oversee day-to-day operations and implement existing standards and processes
• Coordinate vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation
• Motivate and lead the on-site team, including onboarding and task planning
• Manage recruitment for the local station
• Oversee local vehicle fleet documentation, maintenance, and cleanliness
• Coordinate with local service partners
• Advise customers on products including myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent

Requirements

• Completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in car rental, tourism, or similar
• Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous
• High service and customer orientation
• Hands-on approach and effective communication skills
• Resilient problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent English and fluent Spanish
• Driver's license Class B
