About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and establish the station location independently
- Oversee day-to-day operations and implement existing standards and processes
- Coordinate vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation
- Motivate and lead the on-site team, including onboarding and task planning
- Manage recruitment for the local station
- Oversee local vehicle fleet documentation, maintenance, and cleanliness
- Coordinate with local service partners
- Advise customers on products including myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent
Requirements
- Completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in car rental, tourism, or similar
- Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous
- High service and customer orientation
- Hands-on approach and effective communication skills
- Resilient problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent English and fluent Spanish
- Driver's license Class B
