Junior Specialist, Government Compliance

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing program documentation to ensure compliance with Security Classification Guides (SCG) prior to release to U.S. and foreign entities
• Support the development and implementation of Operations Security (OPSEC) programs to protect sensitive unclassified and classified information
• Assist with compliance regarding DoD policy, Foreign Disclosure, Export Controls, and related U.S. laws and regulations
• Help develop OPSEC Survey and Assessment Plans and produce findings from conducted assessments
• Provide OPSEC, SCG, and International Programs Security training and awareness
• Support document sanitization and releasability processes
• Capture action items and meeting minutes in a fast-paced program office environment

Requirements

• Current Secret Clearance is required
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 0-3 years of experience in program management, compliance, or related functional duties
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
