About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve in a supportive role in the kitchen ensuring quality and preparation of all menu items
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards
- Maintain high food quality consistent with cost control and profitability margins
- Maximize guest satisfaction and food profitability control
- Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and kitchen staff
- Delegate tasks to cooks and dishwashers to ensure effective daily operations
Requirements
- Experience in culinary leadership or supervisory roles
- Ability to work 8+ hour shifts including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety, handling, and storage standards
