About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading a large, dynamic kitchen team
- Drive innovation and create a culture of menu development
- Maintain kitchen standards and seek efficient solutions while maintaining quality
- Oversee the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef
- Lead the team by example to ensure high guest and team experiences
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a busy environment
- Proven track record of supporting large kitchen teams
- Passion for creativity and brand standards
- Strong passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively without ego
- Experience in M&E (meetings and events) or banqueting is beneficial
