Junior Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain complex applications as part of a global development team
• Work across the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
• Support daily operations by improving critical applications alongside key stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure reliable software performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• GPA of 2.75 or higher
• Authorization to work in Canada without visa sponsorship
• Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles: data structures, design patterns, and multithreading
• Database knowledge including SQL, stored procedures, and schema design
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and test-driven development
• French proficiency may be required for roles in Quebec province
