Junior Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of modern front-end applications
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with developers, technical leads, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, performance, and user experience
• Take ownership of assigned tasks while working both independently and within cross-functional teams
• Evaluate emerging technologies and support the evolution of critical sustainment systems

Requirements

• Active security clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 3 years of software development experience (or 7 years of experience in lieu of a degree)
• Experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript
• Experience developing and updating technical documentation
• Willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the AWS Platform
• Experience working in an Agile Development Team
• Experience with Git for source code management
• Experience with Node.js, AngularJS, Angular, or VueJS
• Experience with GOTS products
• Experience with EngineX
