Junior Social Media Operator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creator Relations Specialist to execute social media campaigns in coordination with influencer and creator partnerships
• Draft, schedule, and publish posts across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Monitor social media channels daily to support community engagement by responding to comments and interactions
• Collect, organize, and review creator deliverables for alignment with campaign objectives
• Track content performance metrics and assist in preparing reports for internal teams
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to campaigns
• Provide administrative and coordination support for creator collaborations and cross-team initiatives

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields
• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms, specifically TikTok and Instagram
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Creative mindset with a natural curiosity for digital trends and new formats
• Ability to work onsite in Lisbon 5 days per week

• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
