Junior Social Media Manager MENA

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and community strategies for the Ninjas in Pyjamas brand in the MENA region.
• Establish and manage the NIP brand presence across relevant social media channels.
• Craft compelling, on-brand copy that resonates with the regional target audience.
• Plan and schedule social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Localize global content for MENA fans, ensuring cultural relevance beyond simple translation.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track strategy effectiveness.
• Collaborate with design and video production teams to create visually appealing content.
• Proactively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management.
• Native fluency in written and oral Arabic.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
• Demonstrated success in managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience within the esports, gaming, or entertainment industry.
