About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day collaboration with external content creators and influencers
- Prepare creative briefs and provide clear, timely feedback during production
- Manage contracts, documentation, and administrative processes for creator partnerships
- Build and maintain social media content calendars across multiple markets
- Coordinate with Product and Local Marketing teams across seven countries
- Support execution of large integrated marketing campaigns across social channels
- Ensure all social content follows brand strategy, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Work with the Creative team to plan, review, and publish content
- Monitor community conversations and respond to comments with Product and Customer teams
- Identify and escalate product-related issues appearing on social media
- Keep project documentation, content plans, and campaign trackers up to date
