Junior Social Media Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit and create engaging video clips and high-quality images from SportyTV programs tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
• Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute content strategies for promoting shows and sports events
• Monitor sports and social media trends to create timely, relevant content that resonates with audiences
• Produce behind-the-scenes content, match highlights, and fan-focused clips to drive engagement
• Use CapCut and other editing tools to produce polished, shareable content
• Work with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with SportyTV's brand identity
• Track and analyze social media content performance to provide insights for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software, specifically CapCut or similar tools
• Strong understanding of social media best practices for video and image content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Fluency in Spanish with excellent communication skills
• A passion for sports and entertainment
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media content creation or video editing
• Experience working within sports media or creating content for TV shows and sports channels
• Familiarity with SportyTV content and sports broadcasting
