Junior SME - Functional Expert

Responsibilities

• Act as the onsite GPP focal point, liaising between Client systems and Finastra teams to resolve questions and issues
• Participate in Low Level Design (LLD) and Interface Level Design (ILD) workshops to provide input on system integration and design
• Serve as a configuration expert to support both system and business configuration requirements
• Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, and Oracle queries
• Support SIT, UAT, and NFT testing phases through query resolution and test scope reviews
• Triage production issues, recommend workarounds, and support production upgrades
• Participate in the review of technical specifications, functional specifications, and use cases

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience
• Strong, hands-on experience with GPP
• Expertise in system configuration and functional design
• Proven ability to triage testing issues using technical tools like Oracle queries and log analysis
• Experience reviewing technical and functional documentation
