About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors
- Ensure proper execution of fit-out works including finishes, joinery, doors, ceilings, and flooring
- Coordinate with the HSE team to ensure safe execution of site activities
- Inspect delivered materials and verify compliance with approved specifications
- Monitor material availability and report shortages
- Coordinate equipment allocation and utilization on site
- Support coordination between subcontractors and project teams
- Assist in the preparation and execution of mock-ups
- Report progress, risks, delays, and site issues to the Construction Manager / Project Manager
- Prepare and submit daily site reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in fit-out construction projects
- Mandatory fit-out construction experience
- Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, and interior works
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- GCC experience preferred
- Must reside in KSA and hold a valid iqama
