Junior Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Visit customer premises to perform mechanical and electrical testing on intra oral X-ray units
• Collect radiation data using electronic testing meters
• Complete detailed service reports and send data electronically using various software tools
• Liaise between the Supervisor, Service Desk, and customers to resolve technical issues
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, services, and company equipment
• Act as a professional brand ambassador while working independently in the field

Requirements

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade A-C or equivalent
• Full driving license
• Proficiency with tablets and laptops for reporting and communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer situations
• Ability to work flexibly, including early starts or late finishes as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical engineering qualification or professional electrical experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
