About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support via phone, email, and chat for internal IT issues
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve hardware, software, networking, and security tickets
- Provision and image new computers, configure software/licensing, and enroll MFA for new hires
- Monitor Office 365, DLP, vulnerability, and remote management alerts
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, printer issues, and VPN client configurations
- Maintain ticket documentation, SLA goals, and a reference library of common fixes
- Support cybersecurity compliance with NIST 800-171, PCI, PII, and PHI requirements
- Assist with training room setup, equipment coordination, and infrastructure change management
Requirements
