Junior Scientist Bioanalytics

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of bioanalytical assays (ELISA, MSD, Gyros platforms) to support non-clinical and clinical studies
• Plan and execute experiments independently, including interpretation, reporting, and presentation of results
• Assist in finding creative solutions to unexpected laboratory challenges
• Actively contribute to project teams by organizing work effectively and managing priorities
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn new techniques and share expertise with colleagues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Pharmaceutical/Biological Laboratory Technology, or a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or Industrial Engineering
• 1–2 years of prior laboratory experience is preferred
• Familiarity with statistical and data analysis tools such as Excel and GraphPad Prism
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with bioanalytical techniques like ELISA or MSD is an asset
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
• A proactive mindset with a high level of accuracy, precision, and attention to detail
