Junior Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage the full user lifecycle, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
• Design, build, and maintain complex process automations using Salesforce Flow
• Handle administrative functions such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules
• Support the Digital Marketing Team with Marketing Cloud implementation, including data extensions and automations
• Oversee data integrity through regular hygiene, duplicate management, and mass updates
• Build and maintain high-impact reports and dashboards for real-time KPI visibility
• Manage Salesforce periodic operations such as data backups and global operational maintenance
• Provide user support, create training documentation, and assist with incident resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Salesforce Administration Certification (ADM201 required)
• 1+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce administration and support
• Knowledge of IT standards including Network and Hardware
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing Cloud Certification
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or App Builder)
• Knowledge of CTI solutions
• Proficiency in French
