Junior Sales Trainer

Responsibilities

• Execute impactful onboarding to ensure sales newcomers are ready to perform from day one
• Support new product launches by training relevant teams on sales strategies
• Develop and guide training cohorts of 5–10 trainees over several weeks
• Increase performance through shadowings, group training, and individual coaching
• Manage training and change management projects and strengthen sales processes
• Design and conduct target-group-oriented sales training using presence, online, hybrid, and blended learning formats

Requirements

• Experience in Learning & Development with a focus on sales
• Initial experience as a trainer or coach
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• Very good German language skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern training technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) or AI-supported tools
• Formal training as a Business Trainer
