Junior Sales Trader

Responsibilities

• Sell and trade construction materials across the DACH and key European markets
• Build and manage customer relationships and negotiate pricing and volumes
• Track market trends, pricing, and demand across various regions
• Run competitive analyses and identify trading opportunities
• Ensure smooth end-to-end execution of trades including order processing and logistics coordination
• Collaborate with Ops and Finance teams for invoicing and delivery follow-up

Requirements

• Excellent German, Italian, or French language skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field
• First experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Hands-on mentality and ability to take initiative
• Eligibility to work within the EU
