Responsibilities

• Prepare client visits by analyzing purchasing behavior to propose suitable products and services
• Advise and inform clients on product ranges to drive sales
• Optimize profitability by developing client margins and limiting ancillary costs
• Prospect new clients by identifying potential and specific needs during discovery visits
• Optimize tour plans to target high-potential prospects
• Act as a business partner with internal stakeholders including Hall Directors and Sales Experts
• Analyze weekly turnover and margins to adjust priority actions
• Report market intelligence and client information to the Sales Manager
• Prepare synthetic visit reports

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac +3 or +4 degree in business school or equivalent
• Seeking an apprenticeship (alternance) in sales
• Passion for gastronomy and customer relations
• Agile with IT tools
• Valid Driver's License (Permis B) is mandatory
